The Wyoming Chiropractic Association would like to invite you to participate as a sponsor and/or vendor at our 2024 WCA Conference in Casper, WY! The WCA Conference has grown into an amazing event that fosters education, fellowship and business opportunities, thanks in part to the participation of quality businesses like yours! Most attendees stay at the host hotel, thus providing a “captive audience” of qualified prospects to which you may introduce your product or service throughout the 2 day event. Additionally, refreshment breaks usually take place within the Vendor Marketplace to ensure that the doctors' free time will be spent in front of your booth. The receptions and cornhole tournament are also excellent ways to interact with the doctors and a ton of fun! Our booth rental fee of $695 (includes one skirted vendor table--additional space is offered for a fee as described below) is an economical way to reach Chiropractic and health professionals. Space is limited and prime placement will be given to those who respond first. Many of our vendors increase their visibility by becoming WCA Conference Sponsors and we have some exceptional opportunities to increase your promotion during the conference. A complimentary vendor booth is provided to our sponsors as well as other great perks that are outlined below.
