How to Apply for WCA 2012 Membership Online
To apply for or renew your 2012 WCA membership online, please work through the two steps below:
Step 1 - complete the Contacts Update form and the Membership Application/Renewal form and submit;
Step 2 - click on the appropriate "Buy Now" button to process payment for your 2012 WCA membership.
If you do not wish to take membership but would like to receive the WCA monthly newsletter by email, only complete and submit the Contacts Update form and skip the application form and payment processing.

2012 Membership Application/Renewal Form
By submitting this application and paying the appropriate dues for membership in the Wyoming Chiropractic Association, I, the applicant, agree to uphold the ethics and laws of Chiropractic in the state of Wyoming and to remain in good standing with the WCA by timely payment of said dues as set by the membership.
